Liberty Direct members pay an annual membership fee of $125 the first year and $75 each year thereafter.
Members pay what is called a Monthly Share Amount to fund the medical needs of the Liberty member community. As an employer, you may administer this payment using after-tax dollars on behalf of your employees who are enrolled as Liberty Direct members.
The amount of money that your employees are responsible for paying out of their own pockets for medical expenses is easy to understand. This amount is called an “Annual Unshared Amount” and once they reach this amount, 100% of their eligible medical needs are shared up to $1 million per incident with no lifetime limit.
